甦州科潤新材料股份有限公司成立于2019年，由國家萬人計劃專家楊大偉創辦，擁有近10年的全氟離子膜與質子交換膜研發制造經驗。全資子公司江甦科潤膜材料有限公司成立于2011年，成立以來已獲得國家高新技術企業、科技型中小企業、江甦省民營科技企業、江甦省科學技術獎、國家重點新產品、國際發明專利展金獎等一系列的榮譽，並承擔了科技部中小企業創新基金、江甦省重大科技成果轉化、江甦省科技支撐計劃、江甦省重點研發計劃、江甦省雙創團隊等多項省級以上政府重大課題與項目。公司參與起草了多項產品行業標準，研發中心獲得了江甦省二維材料重點實驗室、江甦省博士後創新實踐基地等多個省級以上創新載體。

It has nearly 10 years'experience in the research and development of perfluorinated ion exchange membranes. Jiangsu Thinkre Membrane Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary which was established in 2011, has won a series of honors, such as national high-tech enterprises, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, private science and technology enterprises in Jiangsu Province, science and technology awards in Jiangsu Province, national key new products, gold awards in international invention patent exhibition, etc.
